Kajan Branimir Bulić is a Croatian filmmaker based in Garðabær, Iceland. He served as a guest young jury member at the Four River Film Festival at the age of 15 and screened his short film Pawn's Game there two years later. He collaborated with the Pula Film Factory on Pagliacci and graduated from Teesside University Prague City with a BA in Creative Media Production.

His short film Touch of Red completed a successful crowdfunding campaign and received coverage in the Croatian national press. He is currently in development of Touch of Red.
